As most products are personalised, designed and made in-house just for you - please allow 1-2 weeks production & processing time (depending on item). Most of our items are shipped much quicker than this time frame however in some cases there are delays in sourcing materials. Please see item listings for specific time frames as they will differ. 
Postage delivery times are via both regular and express Australia Post and will be added to your cart when placing your order. If you need your item urgently – please get in contact with us asap info@millyandhope.com.au and we can arrange to rush your order / express post for an additional cost. 

Regular Post Australia
5-7 business days metro areas and 5-10 business days for regional areas. 

Express Post Australia:
1-3 business days for metro areas and 3-7 days for regional areas. 

International Postage:
Please refer to the current advice from Australia Post since the COVID-19 pandemic started. This advice is updated as the situation evolves. You can search for your country and view the standard and express delivery times.

REFUNDS & EXCHANGES

Change of mind
We cannot offer a refund or exchange if you change your mind, so please choose carefully.

Damaged / Faulty Goods
If the product has been damaged in transit or is faulty, it will be assessed by our team and processed accordingly. Please note that photo evidence will be required.

Processing refund/exchange
Refunds and exchanges must be made within 14 days of original purchase. If an item is not returned within this time frame, a refund and/or exchange will not be given. Please note that item(s) must be in original condition and in original packaging to be eligible for a refund or exchange. Milly & Hope reserves the right to refuse a refund or exchange if the product has been damaged and/or tampered with. Of course we truly hope that you love your Milly & Hope item(s) enough to keep forever.
